The Utilities are being installed at the Meadowlark Subdivision in Declo, Idaho.
#Developing a subdivision gets a little complicated for a regular guy who has never done anything of the sort before… The initial paperwork and meetings with Cassia County and State of Idaho officials is already done. The preliminary survey and historical research have been completed to give us a better understanding of the land to be developed. And, vendors and utility providers have reviewed our plans and are working to get the electric and telephone systems in place.
I have a few pictures below to show you the progress that has been made. At this time, all of the underground power and duct work for the telephone company’s fiber has been put 4 feet below.
We have only had a few missteps and are doing our best to move the project along. As it stands, we are going to push our “ready for sale” date to July 31, 2022. If you are interested in what the holdups have been, subscribe and ask for more info.
