Progress! We are so glad to see the progress at Meadowlark Subdivision, Declo, Idaho. There are only a few more steps before we can begin selling the properties! Every Lot is 1 acre plus. As you can see, the views and sunsets are spectacular.
Here are the items that have happened since we last posted..
Irrigation pipe has been laid in for Lots 3, 4, 5, 6.
Fiber and electric conduits have been trenched in all the way to 200 South.
The approach for Meadowlark Lane has been laid out and groundwork is nearly complete.
